Recently we develop two new mop products–Disposable non woven fabric flat mop.

Floor mop is a very traditional household cleaning tools. Through many years of development, this product has different types, such as microfiber flat mop, sponge mop, cotton thread mop and so on. Though different types, they are reusable. But as time goes on, mop refills will be dirty and not hygienic, not good to health.

With the idea of health, people pay more and more attention to hygienic and antibacterial products, so we develop a new healthy mop product–non woven fabric flat mop.

Non woven fabric is a type of non-woven fabric that directly uses polymer chips, short fibers, or filaments to form fibers into a web through airflow or mechanical means, then undergoes water pricking, needling, or hot rolling reinforcement, and finally undergoes post-processing to form a non-woven fabric. A new type of fiber product with soft, breathable, and flat structure, which has the advantage of not producing fiber chips, is strong, durable, and silky soft, and is also a type of reinforcing material. Non woven fabrics do not have warp and weft threads, making them very convenient to cut and sew. They are also lightweight and easy to shape, making them popular among handicraft enthusiasts. Because it is a fabric formed without the need for spinning and weaving, it simply orients or randomly arranges textile short fibers or filaments to form a fiber network structure, which is then reinforced by mechanical, thermal adhesive, or chemical methods.

Non woven fabric mop refill have strong electrostatic adsorption, can be used for both dry and wet  mopping to attract various hair and dust quickly and easily and  clean away oils and water stains. Light  and convenient.
