Wuxi Union is  a trade company and manufacturer for household cleaning tools. It was established in 2003, though we have rich experience to offer professional OEM & ODM, but we still have not our own brand. For the company further development, we joined a exchange meeting to study brand building and customer relation maintenance. It is real a good opportunity for us to learn some advanced concept for company development.

Brand building:

Brand is not only a face but an identity which can be recognized by your customers or potential customers. Brand is a comprehensive idea, it includes company name, logo, slogan, typography, colors, web, values, history and reputation. Through a clear brand, it can shape a strong identity for your company . It also can help you attract  your customers and give them a strong image, which is the first step to achieve business succes.

Profits <User experience:

The most impressive thing that touch me is that we share the experience: what makes your business successful is not profit but user experience.(Profits <User experience) In the  past we don’ t like the customer who complain frequently. But now we know this kind of customers in fact is really  good partners, because they feel we are in the same boat. The complaint is not bad thing because customers are in the hope of improving products and make products more competitive. They sometimes complain because they care you and want to  increase market share and make win-win result. Therefore we know if user experience is great, profit and market share will increase. Then how to research user experience: understanding of user need, know what they value, their limitations, customer satisfaction, understanding the web world, if users more demanding.

And we also learn the emerging customer trends post COVID, E-commerce accelerate to next horizon, 20% increasing in online spending annually. So in the following days, we strengthen study and work on brand building and customer relationship maintain.
